Session fees
£130
per 50-minute session
Sessions run for 50 minutes and are charged at one fixed rate, whatever brings you to therapy. There’s no free consultation and no sliding scale: the fee is the same for everyone, agreed before you start so nothing changes later.
You pay by bank transfer or by card, in advance of each session. If you’re hoping to claim through health insurance rather than pay yourself, mention it during the get-started process and we’ll talk through what your policy is likely to require.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if a session needs to be cancelled or moved. That slot is held for you and not offered to anyone else, so cancellations with less notice may still be charged in full.
Once you’ve completed our short get-started questionnaire, our clinical team aims to get back to you within 24 hours on working days with next steps and a proposed first appointment.
